Can a Realtor use this site?
Realtors use Ideal Listing to promote a client's home if they wish, and a Realtor may also use Ideal Listing to promote their own home for sale.
But realtors are not allowed to solicit new clients here. With Ideal Listing features the process of buying and selling a home is made private and secure to ensure that buyers or sellers are not harassed by realtors.
Would real estate agents contact me through this service?
We have created the means for the Ideal Listing members to contact you and ask you questions. The Ideal Listing members can also be a real estate agent.
What is the cost of listing on Ideal Listing?
To list your "For Rent" or "For Sale" property it costs 100 points or approximately $4.00. This is an unbeatable price!. When you create your account we award you 120 points so that you list your first property for FREE!.

How long will my listing stay on the site?
Your listing will stay on the site for a period of one month. After one month there is a monthly service charge of 80 points (approximately $3.20) which is meant to ensure that listings on our site are accurate.
Can I delete my listing if I wanted to discontinue?
You can delete your listing at anytime that you wish. You have the capability of deleting your listing by logging into your account and simply clicking on "Delete Listing". You are not under any obligation or contract.
After I delete my listing, can I re-list it ?
To re-list your property after you deleted it, you can login and visit "My Account" tab. There you can simply click on the "Properties for rent list" and for the properties that have been deleted you will have the option to "re-list property". Once the property has been re-listed you can edit and modify the information.
This feature is very useful when you list your property for rent. You can simply delete your property and re-list it when it becomes available. You can also edit and change all the information of your property.
How do I get bonus points for referrals?
In order to benefit from this program you need to be a member of Ideal Listing. Once you log in and visit "My Account" tab you now have a referral program tool whereby you can refer your friends.
Once you refer your friend through Ideal Listing referral program, your friends e-mail address will be retained in our system and once they register using their e-mail address your account will be credited 60 points.
The referred friend can not be an existing member of Ideal Listing.
Please note that even though other people might refer the same person, once the person becomes a member, you and everyone else will be credited with the bonus points for the referral.
