Realtors use Ideal Listing to promote a client's home if they wish, and a Realtor may also use Ideal Listing to promote their own home for sale. But realtors are not allowed to solicit new clients here. With functionality available on Ideal Listing like private communication and appointment booking, the process of buying and selling a home is made private and secure.

Your listing will stay on the site for 30 days. You can repost this listing for intervals of 2 months or you can simply post a new listing.

Can I delete my listing if I wanted to discontinue?

You can delete your listing at anytime that you wish. You have the capability of deleting your listing by logging into your account and simply clicking on "Remove Listing". You are not under any obligation or contract.
